At Chamisal Vineyards, we consider ourselves artisans – coaxing our wines from the earth and honing each vintage into an expression of the wild and inspiring beauty of the Central Coast. This vision to craft something authentic to the land guides our commitment to sustainable and regenerative agriculture.

The cool climate and soils of our estate vineyard have made it a premier site to grow exceptional and distinctive Pinot Noir that is often characterized by our signature “Chamisal Spice.”

Morrito Pinot Noir

Morrito is one of the first Pinot Noir blocks harvested and has been our most limited and sought after Pinot Noir since its inception in 2003. It’s incredibly expressive on the nose with notes of black currant, cherry, anise, and a touch of cedar.

Chardonnay

A constantly evolving selection of Chardonnays sourced from exceptional vineyards in premier AVA’s along California’s Central Coast that are selected for quality and for their ability to express a different facet of these varieties as a counterpoint to the wines from our estate vineyard.

Luminary Sparkling Wine

Crafted in the traditional Méthode Champenoise, this sparkling wine offers a refined balance of elegance and coastal freshness. Aromas of honey, crisp apple, citrus zest, and delicate white flowers lead into a lively palate layered with pear, biscuit, and a streak of minerality that echoes the calcareous soils of our estate – reminiscent of Champagne’s famed limestone and chalk.
