Discover the charm of our San Luis Obispo Coast Chardonnay, a blend of fresh Bartlett pears and crisp apples, complemented by subtle beeswax and blanched almonds. Bright citrus highlights the mid-palate, balanced with clean acidity and a touch of briny minerality. Enjoy now in its youth or cellar through 2030.
The San Luis Obispo Coast Chardonnay pairs well with Shrimp Scampi and Linguini.
Chamisal was the first vineyard planted in the region in 1973 and now encompasses 80 acres planted to 5 varieties across three distinct soil types. The nearby Pacific Ocean creates a long temperate growing season that, combined with the calcareous, clay-rich soils of our estate vineyards, produces ideal conditions for producing fruit of exceptional intensity and complexity.
