Discover the charm of our San Luis Obispo Coast Chardonnay, showcasing vibrant notes of lemon curd and Asian pear, accented by delicate hints of white flower and a whisper of sea spray. A juicy palate is balanced by clean acidity, while a distinct minerality adds length to the finish. Enjoy its freshness now or cellar through 2030.
The San Luis Obispo Coast Chardonnay pairs well with Shrimp Scampi and Linguini.
Chamisal was the first vineyard planted in the region in 1973 and now encompasses 80 acres planted to 5 varieties across three distinct soil types. The nearby Pacific Ocean creates a long temperate growing season that, combined with the calcareous, clay-rich soils of our estate vineyards, produces ideal conditions for producing fruit of exceptional intensity and complexity.
