The 2024 SLO Coast Estate Chardonnay reflects our house style with clarity and restraint. White flower, citrus, and pear lead, supported by coastal minerality and seamlessly integrated oak. Crisp and clean on the palate, the wine is elegantly balanced, with subtle oak adding texture while preserving freshness and lift.
The SLO Coast Estate Chardonnay pairs well with Shrimp Scampi and Linguini.
Chamisal, the first vineyard planted in the region in 1973, now spans 80 acres across three distinct soil types, benefiting from the nearby Pacific Ocean’s cooling influence. The estate’s calcareous, clay-rich soils and long, temperate growing season create ideal conditions for producing intensely flavored, complex fruit while maintaining acidity and freshness.
