Winter Release
Perched just behind our winery, Morrito Hill consistently produces some of our most sought-after Pinot Noir. Planted on a southwest-facing slope with gravelly, free-draining soils known as Chamise Shaley Loam, Morrito yields intensely concentrated fruit with distinct minerality. This luxurious, age-worthy Pinot Noir has been a standout since its 2003 debut, and for the first time, all club members have a chance to secure a bottle of this remarkable wine.
Nothing says celebration like our Estate Sparkling Wine. Crafted from 100% estate-grown grapes in the cool Edna Valley, this sparkling wine is inspired by Champagne but reflects our unique terroir. Hand-harvested at night, whole-cluster pressed, and aged sur lies for 11 months, it then spent two years en tirage before being disgorged in July 2021. With a minimal dosage of 6 g/L for a crisp, extra brut style, it’s the perfect way to toast the season. Our third wine featured this month is our 2022 San Luis Obispo Coast Estate Syrah. Rich, robust, and full of character, it’s a must-have for your holiday table.
